Nautilus brake shudder at highway speeds - rotors or just pads?

Got a 2023 Nautilus with about 35k km on it and I've started noticing a pretty clear shudder through the steering wheel when I'm braking from around 120km/h down to about 80km/h. It's smooth as glass at lower speeds but anything above 100 and you can feel it pulsing. I'm guessing it's either warped rotors or maybe just uneven pad transfer, but I'm not experienced enough to know for sure. The car is still under warranty but I know the dealer will probably try to sell me a whole new brake package rather than just turning the rotors or something simple. Been looking around for a shop that understands these newer Lincolns and doesn't treat them like just another Ford, and I found a place advertising Lincoln premium brake pad replacement Dubai that seems to focus on the luxury side of things. Before I take it anywhere, anyone dealt with this on a Nautilus or Aviator? Wondering if it's a common issue with these heavier cars or if I might have gotten lucky with a bad set of pads from the factory. Also curious if anyone's had success just getting rotors machined here or if everyone just replaces them outright now.
