Sunroof creaking over uneven surfaces driving me slowly insane, tried lubricating everything already

Every time I pull into a driveway at an angle or go over a speed bump the panoramic sunroof on my 2018 540i makes this creaking groaning sound that's somewhere between an old wooden ship and someone slowly twisting a plastic bottle, and it's gotten to the point where I'm actually avoiding certain routes to work just to not hear it. I've gone through the usual DIY fixes, cleaned all the rubber seals with Gummi Pflege, applied Krytox to every contact point I could reach, even put some dry PTFE spray on the locating pins, and for about two days it'll be blissfully silent and then the noise creeps right back like it's mocking my efforts. I'm starting to think it's not the seal at all but something structural in the cassette or the frame that's shifting slightly when the body flexes, which would explain why lubricating the rubber only helps temporarily until it wears off. I was hoping to find a BMW Garage that's dealt with this specific panoramic roof noise before and knows the actual fix rather than just cleaning and lubricating the same spots I've already done, because I've read some older threads where people had the entire glass pulled and reseated with new bolts and shims and that finally sorted it. Anyone with a G30 ever had this creak properly resolved or is this just something we're all living with.
