Which species can I realistically catch in Seychelles — tuna, marlin, snapper or sailfish?
Last time I went on a short boat trip in Thailand, we tried fishing near the coast and only caught some small reef fish. It was fun, but honestly not what I was dreaming of. Now I’m thinking of heading to Seychelles and I keep hearing stories about massive tuna, marlin, even sailfish out there. The problem is I don’t really know how realistic that is for someone like me who isn’t a pro angler. I’d love to try my luck, but don’t want to set expectations too high and end up disappointed. Has anyone here actually caught those bigger species in Seychelles?
